The discounts aren't working. They show up and when I try to trade it looks like it works but then the items disappear and the items I traded come back, matching whatever I could have traded without the discount. This is for both hero of the village and villagers that like me due to a lot of trading.

I am having the same issue on my Minecraft Realm. For instance: when I am selling iron ingots, it displays 2 with a 1 next to it and it appears as it only costs 1 iron ingot for 1 emerald. After I pull out my 1 ingot, it removes the 1 emerald as if the discount was not real. It really irks me that this issue occurs to me and anyone else on the Realm. I see that this issue says it is "resolved," but I don't see anything that shows how it was resolved, so I was hoping you could help me out on this issue.

This issue has NOT been resolved. Still having the exact same issue as described by Ethan. Experienced the issue on a realm running 1.14, where the discount offered in the trade interface by a villager (one cured from being a zombie villager) did not match the actual amount of emeralds I had to pay. The interface displayed 24 1 and 1 book in exchange for an enchanted book, but despite the enchanted book appearing in the final slot, ready to be taken, I could not pick it up. However when I offered them 24 emeralds and a book, I could THEN take the enchanted book. The discount shown did not match the actual trade.

I'm glad I am not the only one with this issue, but I am not glad the issue exists at all. I'm hoping the issue gets resolved with the upcoming 1.14.1 patch.

Thanks to the 1.14.1 update, this issue seems to be resolved. I tried it out a few times today and found that I am getting the discounted price. Hopefully you all have the same result.

Like Khalil mentioned yesterday the bug is back.
Want to trade with my cured Villagers that offered an Emerald for a Pumpkin, suddenly had to pay 6 pumpkins for it.
As confused as I was, when I checked inventory, I checked the villager's trades, all discounts they had - gone.
I checked my others villagers all their discounts - gone.
As if I've never traded with them before, so I hope this can be resolved quick and well... for real.
Otherwise I have to restart and recreate my entire underground village somewhere else on the server.
That is not something I'd wish to do since the Underground village is located directly underneat the main base of operations, the place most suitable for such a thing.

Two of my cured villagers have lost their discount, and one was cured without one. this is on a server i'm hosting on my computer for me and two of my friends. it is in 1.14.3. I am posting this on 7/13/19.

This issue still isn't resolved and I can't identify the trigger. One of my two villagers is no longer offering discounts, but the other is. This issue is happening in realms a lot. I log off and come back and suddenly the discount is gone.
