Chunks unloading when player enters unloaded chunk.

When loading/ first generating chunks, some lines of unloaded chunks (straight and diagonal) appear amongst the loaded chunks. When the player enters these chunks, previously loaded chunks nearby will unload and be forced to load again as if for the first time. The results are also the same while in spectator mode or on a non local server.
