Villagers destroying their own farm on accident

On the new 1.14 version, a new block "composter" appeared in village's farms. Due to villagers behaviors, they sometimes jump onto the composter, then jump down onto the farm, in the process, they will accidentally destroy their crops by jumping on the farm.

I included a video of how it happened, didn't destroy the farm as it only stepped on it twice, but recording it further will exceed the 10mb file size. Despite not destroying the farm in the recording, it destroyed it the third time he jumped.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Go to a village

2. Find a farm

3. Observe a villager who is walking around on the farm

4. wait for the villager to jump onto the composter and jump down again

5. See him destroy his own farm before your very eyes
