Inventory does not close with corresponding inventory button upon changing the keybind to "TAB"

Upon changing the keybind of "Open/Close Inventory" to "TAB"

After pressing TAB to open your inventory, and then pressing it again, it should close the inventory, however when you press TAB in your inventory it highlights the green recipe book.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open "Controls" in the options menu.
2. Change "Open/Close Inventory" to "TAB"
3. Change "List Players" to a separate keybind to avoid duplicate keybinds.
4. Exit the Controls menu and load into a world.
5.Open your inventory with "TAB" and attempt to close it (with "TAB")
