Functions causing Lag in 1.14

My Minecraft Server runs quite alot of Functions from my Datapacks. However, it always runs them with peak efficiency, no lag, and no issues whatsoever.
Now that im using Minecraft 1.14 Servers, i cannot run these Functions without it Greatly reducing the Speed of the server, causing my Server Console to constantly receive the "Is the server overloaded?" warnings.....

I tried removing as many of the Functions as possible to see if it improved the Server Speed, but it only stopped giving issues when i removed 90% of the functions from the Datapacks
