Rendering Chunks takes a long time and chunks glitch in and out of screen causing you to see through oceans and caves

Hey im reporting a bug that's been reported quite a lot but its annoying as it ruins the beauty of the game in my opinion. it is when you render chunks it takes a while for it to load and allows the player to see through oceans and caves. plz fix mogang

To QA and Developers:  For 1.14, this is really happening.  Makes the game unplayable when running, swimming quickly, or using elytra.  How did such an obvious bug get through the QA or staging/smoke testing process?!  Not good man.  Completely unacceptable for general release.  😞   There is either something wrong with the build or a major rendering bug.  Tried on two gaming computers and confirmed that chunks are not rendering, are slow to render, or start to render and then the whole rendering for the chunk just gives up (removing the entities rendered).  It is very easy to recreate this issue.  Hopefully it is fixed soon?  Was really looking forward to this update.  1.13.2 runs just fine.  Downloaded fresh copies on new OS builds and then on current OS builds that I have.  1.14 rendering fails to keep up in all cases.

SPECS:  16GB RAM, SSD (PCIE GEN3), NVidia Cards 4GB & 6GB,  Intel 6 cores clocking up there, heavy duty gaming computers.

Nonetheless...still a dedicated Minecrafter.  Please fix....I want 1.14.  In the meantime, sticking with 1.13.2 which is stable.

Yup, ran fine prior to the 1.14 update.  Tried optimizing the world, no improvement.  Especially bad when moving quickly in boat or horseback. have to stop and wait for ground at virtual feet to render.   Love some of the cool new content but ease of navigation thru the game is more important.  Tried loading a brand new world and that seemed to run a bit better, but the 1.14 update definitely hurt performance.  No other changes to my computer hardware/software recently.   Thanks to development for working to correct.

Typical rendering issue on horseback. have to frequently stop and wait since 1.14 update.

I sat at my computer today, excited that after the whole week I can finally play the newest 1.14 version. Started a new world... As soon as I got into my boat and swam around, my excitement totally faded away... The game is now unplayable. I can't imagine how you could release such a garbage!!! When came back to version 1.13.2 everything still worked as expected - on the same hardware and software (but the version of Minecraft).

As the reporter of the bug, I'm running the latest Win10, tried fresh installation of Minecraft - no change.

Attached some screenshot from my "adventure". Ridiculous!
