While flying through blocks in spectator mode, you are slower. I hate it because I use gamode 3

very often. I hope you can fix it in 1.14.1

I cannot confirm this. Speed in spectator mode seems to be exactly the same, no matter whether I'm flying through blocks or not.

It is if you fly in the ground, you can not feel it in only some blocks
