The island's half is rainy, when I go to the other part of the island, the sky becomes clear. When I go back, the sky becomes dark and it starts raining. Check the attached video.

In Minecraft, it cannot rain in deserts.
If that is desert biome that's normal because rain doesn't fall in desert biome in Minecraft
