[MC-149988] game freezes and not able to rejoin multiplayer server for 15-20 minutes

When loading into different worlds such as nether or overworld game crashes every so often and wont let me rejoin servers for about 15-20 minutes.

On attempted rejoin game loads hotbar but freezes in oblivion after that.
