Mobs like Villagers or Pillagers are getting stuck

Dear Mojang, recently I have seen mobs mostly Pillagers and Villagers spinning on top of the tips of seaweed becoming stuck. Hope u fix this 😃!

Environment

I am running on 1.14 Java (most recent) Nothing is wrong with it.
