Item from last world you played in renders when making a new world

if you create (i think this also happens if you just join the world but i havnt tested that) a new world and you for example minimize minecraft while loading so that you see the game menu when the world is loaded then the item you had in your hand in the last world you played renders in this  world. if you close the game menu it disapears
