Cursor position does not reset after alt-tabbing into the game with pause on focus loss disabled

Reproduce:

1. Press F3+p to disable pause on focus loss

2. Alt-tab

3. Move the mouse

4. Alt-tab back into the game

5. Open inventory

6. The cursor is where you left it when tabbing back
   After closing the inventory and opening it back again the cursor is now reset to the center of the screen. The issue is present both in windowed and fullscreen mode.
