Bugs with give players' heads

Cannot Reproduce

When I give of custom heads of other players in 1.14 comes a head of steve default, I tried with everyone even with my head that is not steve

Cannot reproduce. I can give my own player head to myself using the command

/give @s minecraft:player_head{SkullOwner:"violine1101"}

without any issues.
