Entities disappearing on realms

Entities on realms are spontaneously disappearing. It seems to be correlated with how much time is spent in a given area, or how many players pass through. Nearly all the entities in high traffic areas have vanished, while ones in low traffic areas of the world are still there. Named mobs, item frames and armor stands have all disappeared.
