When one of my multiplayer friends upgraded to 1.14 all the light emitting blocks he ever placed began to light up only the block they were directly on, The torch goes back to normal when broken and the replaced. but he has hundreds of torches in his base.
GTX 1060 TI, Intel 8400 1080 * 1920P moniter, 1080P Screen resolution.
