Boat Issue

What I expected to happen was...:
When boat is moving on water it shouldn't fall to the bottom

What actually happened was...:
When I was moving the boat on the surface of the warm ocean biome one second I'm on top and the next second I'm sitting in the boat on the ocean floor. Almost like teleportation. Don't know if it happens in other water biomes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Sit in any boat
2. move along for roughly within 300 blocks or so
3.It will suddenly sink
