[MC-150663] Destroying a lectern does not update comparators through a block

Place a block behind a lectern, and a comparator behind the block to receive the signal from the lectern's pages. Increase the charge from the lectern to any level, and then destroy the lectern. The comparator will continue to emit the same charge until it receives a block update.

I can see how this is a duplicate; however, there is no mention of the lectern in the description of MC-120986. Will someone with access add the lectern to the list of affected blocks in the description?

Yes, I'll add the lectern to the description of that ticket, however I first want to check whether other new blocks added in 1.14 are affected as well
