Update exception when playing with TNT player launcher in creative

I was playing around with a TNT player launcher, when MC crashed. After I landed, I checked the launcher for damage (and it was slightly damaged), and then I went to turn off the lever. I think it crashed before I had a chance to toggle the lever, but it might have crashed after I toggled the lever.
