Water flowing through glass panes

When using a bucket of water on a glass pane block the water will flow through the block on each side. I discovered this bug in snapshot 1.14.1, but then checked to see if it happens in 1.14 as well, which it does. I am playing on a vanilla single player world.

I saw that someone already reported this issue, but it was dismissed because the user was using a modded version of Minecraft.
