[MC-151237] lighting still an issue in snapshot

torches Glowstone sea lanterns not giving off light levels area appears black replacing light source fixes issue but not great in 1.14.1 pre 1 snapshot

Not a duplicate beings the original is in 1.14 and mine is I. The pre release but what do I know my point is that even in pre1 it isn’t actually resolved
