Villager Trading Discount not working

When trading with a villager that has discounted their trade, it is still costing the non-discounted amount.

e.g. 5 Pumpkin for 1 Emerald, discounted to 4 Pumpkin.  Traded 10 Pumpkin, got two emerald, but lost all 5 instead of having 2 left over.
