(I'm really new to this so I don't really know how to accurately describe this)
Place a repeater behind an observer. The repeater is set to the default 1-tick delay. Put something in front of the observer to trigger an update. The repeater stays powered forever. I noticed that if the repeater is set to 2-, 3- or 4-tick delay, then the repeater becomes unpowered after the appropriate delay.
What I expected to happen was...:
The repeater should flash on and then off from the observer output
What actually happened was...:
The repeater stays powered
