Item duplication 1.14

I couldn't explain what really happened and I couldn't find the crash log. But I created a 3 x 3 nether portal, I ran into it, I saw an enderman I wanted to mine in the netherack so I could protect myself and attack him. There was lava I caught fire and the enderman died in the lava and I forgot to take food to regenerate my life so I went back to the overworld and I was unable to break blocks or even fish so I wanted to leave my world and the game remained frozen on the save screen without my Task Manager telling me that he did not answer. So I force the closure, I come back to my game and I see I have my inventory from before I created the Nether portal. So I figure it's not that bad. Then I finally decide to do something else like fishing to bring me food. As night falls I go to bed and that's when I hear my Nether portal working and there are the two frames and the objects I inserted before the crash
