While breeding sheep for my new 1.14 automatic wool farm I saw some Pillagers on the horizon over at the edge of the base. I flew over with my Elytra and killed the 3 normal ones and one with a banner. But when I killed the banner Pillager I received the normal effect of Bad Omen. But as my base wasn't a village a raid didn't begin and the effect seems to be infinite.
