Minecraft Villager Workspace Bug

I'm just gonna quickly summarize this because I know you all are busy.

Unemployed Villager.

I place Lectern- he becomes librarian.

I trade with him a lot and he restocks at his Lectern.

I need to move him and his house so I break the Lectern and the house and rebuild it.

He does not restock at his Lectern after I move it.
