Chunks Not Loading Properly On Realms

The chunk loading on realms on stretches to about a maximum of 10 chunks even if you have your render distance set on anything higher. as you can see on the image, me and my friend both have the same problem with chunks only loading so far. When i go on to single player the chunk loading is fine and it has no problems.
