So I made some commandblock animations in my singleplayer world on minecraft 1.14 and when i upgraded to 1.14.1 some of them just stopped working. I got some to work, but when i went over to a new part that didn't work and fixed it, the previous part would stop working.
It's usually the repeat blocks that doesn't work.

From the pictures I see the buttons are in wood blocks while the command blocks are behind dirt blocks. The command blocks need to be in the same block that is next to the command block, not 2 blocks away
