So when I loaded up 1.14.1 on my realm world, none of the repeating command blocks in a certain area of my realm world worked. I had to reactivate them before they worked. Always active command blocks had to be set to needs input then back to always active before they worked, and repeating command blocks powered by redstone blocks had to have the redstone block destroyed and then replaced. It's extremely inconvenient as now we have to edit all the repeating command blocks. Edit: After reloading the world it turns out everything became un-powered again so its simply impossible to continue working on the map now unless we use older versions. I also tried downloading the world to my single player worlds and it still doesn't work.

I'm also encountering the same issue, I made a multiplayer map using lots of repeating command blocks in 1.13.2, but when I switched to test out in 1.14+, all commands were still valid (I have checked every one of them), but some repeating command blocks even though they were powered on, the commands were never executed until I turned the power off and back on.
I am working on a map too, that has a lot of command blocks and it completely quit working except the commands that are activated by red stone. If you want exact details read on. I joined my realm and was surprised to see that I was in the same place that I disconnected from (I have commands that teleport players who left and then rejoined to spawn). I went to check on the commands that teleport the players, there seemed to be nothing wrong with them I tried turning them off then on (that fixes most problems) it worked. I went to do whatever I was doing, and then I noticed that nothing else was working right. so I thought that I would need to turn off and on all of the commands (a pain). so I naturally asked one of the other people who was working on the map to do that. It seamed to fix the problem until he was about half way through, they started to quit again. I had a back up that luckily wasn’t very old and 1.14.1 had just been released, I thought ok it must have been corrupted when it updated. so I up loaded the back up to my realm. One day later same problem. Until this is fixed I am only working on single player. Thank you for reading this.
