crashing game after entering end since new version

Since I changed my version from 1.13.2 to 1.14, my game crashes after entering the end.

I can't enter the end now and I don't know why, before new version it was okay. I attached txt file (PSpad with some code), what usually shows me after this crash.

Info: In my end world I built enderman exp farm (that type with endermite), killed dragon and visited that second end world.
