[MC-152003] F3+N causes players to go from Adventure/Survival mode to Creative mode

The bug

When you press F3+N while in Adventure or Survival mode as an Operator, you are put into Creative mode.

Confirmed. This might be intended. (I personally like that there's now an easy way to switch back into Creative without having to type a command, though I can definitely see how this is problematic with SMPs.)

Huh. I think the best way here would be to add a setting somewhere in the menu.
