Bottom part of some types of horses' harness is misplaced

I guess it's here since Horses were implemented.
Here is the list of horses that have this problem :
_chestnut
_brown
_darkbrown
_skeleton
I've tested this with 13w18c.

You're right, I figured out it only happens with some types of horses. I'll make further tests.
