[MC-152026] Spawnpoint on block in the sea

I setted up an custom generator to river (Řeka) and minecraft generated world in the sea and i was on one block of grass. It si for version 1.14.

Well... what did you expect when generating a world which only has river as a biome?

Ïn older versions it generates normal world with an river near spawnpoint.

I don't think that's ever been the case? Can you tell me in which version it did that?

In version 1.13.2 and older.

What's the seed of your world?
