Graphical Glitch (See through blocks/ Black Shadow everywhere)

This glitch usually happens as soon as i join a game, or sometimes about 10 minutes in, usually just mining/walking around then the textures break, seems random. The only temporary fix is to turn mipmap to 0, then move it back up to 4, that will fix it for a little bit before i end up crashing. Game usually wont last more than 15 min before crashing, even if the texture bug gets fixed.
