I am running the latest snapshot of 1.14.2 server on McMyAdmin 2 and I get this warning the whole time:

I have dedicated 4Gb of ram to the server and it is just 3 of us friends playing on this server. 1.13.2 ran like a dream on it with no issues what so ever.
