I spawned in the Wither in the End, something killed him, i don't know if it was me or the endermen, but all i know is that the wither dropped two stars

could not recreate, 6 attempts and he only drops one for me. I tried killing him my self then giving the endermen strength 255 and letting them kill it but only one dropped each time 1.14.1
