Spawn eggs seem to be fixed however trying to /summon minecraft:trader_llama ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1} results in the same behavior as in 1.14.1 where the llama blinks into existence then disappears again.

If you have the Tame tag on the llama, it won't despawn immediately.
