dolphins spawn in soalsand bubble column

Fixed

built a soalsand bubble column up to build hight from sea level and getting dolhins spawning inside the column, wich is quite annoying.

Please check if that's still an issue for you in the latest 1.15.1 stable release

Seams like it is fixed, ran a 2 hour test and have not seen a dolphin spawn in bubble column in 15.1.
