Unable to cure Zombie Villager

Tried to cure a zombie villager in 1.14.1, hit with weakness and given golen apple (right click) and nothing happens

It works as intended. I know why you thought this was broken. It can take up to 5 minutes for the Zombie Villager to turn normal.
