Command Block Scrolling

When you select text (using shift + arrow keys) in the command block's "Console Command", if you scroll off of the bar (using arrow keys) to the left or right and you are selecting the text, the console command will not shift over, meaning that you cannot see the rest of the command that you are selecting.
