[MC-152627] Illusioners now have green eyes

The bug

Illusioners had blue eyes before 1.14's release similar to vindicators. As of now, illusioners have green eyes in the default textures.

How to reproduce

/summon minecraft:illusioner ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1}

Enable Programmer Art resource pack
→ ✔ The illusioner has blue eyes.
Disable Programmer Art resource pack
→ ❌ The illusioner has green eyes in the Default resource pack.

Whats the point of having green eyes? Evoker and pillager always uses green eyes because pillager does not have old textures but evoker does if it change to old textures, the evoker eyes are slightly darker
