[MC-152846] Stuck in Door

When I close a door when I am on the block where it resides, I cannot move my mouse to move the viewpoint of my avatar. It just sticks back to where I was looking when I closed the door.

Dupe of MC-152824.
Go into /gamemode spectator, then place yourself in front of the door you got stuck in. next do /gamemode creative and break the door.

Actually I have learned to click allow cheats for when this happens and just /tp a few spots,

I am on a server and do not have OP privileges. Is there any other method to free myself? Admin has had to set me in spectator, but what if I'm alone on the server?
