datapack lighting issue

Every time I add a new datapack to my ubuntu server, and type the /reload command in minecraft, the next time anyone joins all their lighting blocks stop producing light (As you can see in the picture). It's been very annoying because lots of mobs have overrun my base and its been really annoying.
