So I did my research, and according to the wiki, I believe, it says that Iron Golems must have 4 blocks tall and two blocks wide to spawn. (Not counting transparent blocks) I have a problem in 1.14 where they are spawning in a 3 block tall space. Then either suffocating in the ceiling or hanging out in the floor forever. It is crippling spawn rates in my iron farm and it messes up my auto carrot farm, allowing them to breed and mess up the auto part of it.

And in villages, iron golems are stuck in the villagers' ceilings, with their heads sticking up in it. Or in the bed and the villager is standingwaiting to get into the bed.
