Lily pads are not properly generating in swamps, from the border between the low water and the land there used to be little area's where a bunch generated, and currently in 1.14.1 they do not, and swamps have maybe around 15-20 lily pads in the entire biome i asume this is a bug because it seems a weird thing to change and lily pads are impossible to gather now, i've attached an image of a swamp i've found with a total lack of lily pads (its not an isolated incident all swamps are the same)
