[MC-15306] Minecraft freezes when creating a new custom super flat map

I was creating a custom flat map using custom presets and when I pressed done, it says "Loading World" "Converting World" and just sits there and freezes and mind you there is no loading bar!

The world wouldn't load and i tried pressing F3 + c for 10 seconds and it just stood there and still it says "Loading world" !

Nothing to see in the crash report besides that there is a new Java version available.

Please start Minecraft by

minecraft.bat

java -Xmx1g -Xms512M -cp minecraft.exe net.minecraft.LauncherFrame 1> log.txt 2> error.txt

, start generating a new world
and attach log.txt and error.txt after the error occured.

Ok i did the copy and paste thing and i tried to generate a new world as you said, and it still freezes up!

Ok in the .minecraft folder there should be output-client.log and output-server.log please attach both those files.

I truly believe it's a bug or something because the version before this one didn't do that and i could generate worlds without it freezing up.

Just to be more specific, the preset you chose is called "Redstone Ready"? That's the sandstone world.
Edit: Do other presets freeze aswell or is it that one that's causing trouble?

well i cant remember the code preset but when i pressed done, all the presets said sandstone and i pressed done and then it freezed up
