In Minecraft 1.14.1, Lights such as torches, lanterns, Glow stone, others ... They work correctly once placed. However, after a period of time lights does not produce ANY light allowing mobs to spawn in homes. Please fix!

Also experiencing this issue. Running spigot 1.14.1. Seems to affect all types of light sources, including glowstone. Happens seemingly randomly, and occasionally upon reloading of the chunk, such as with a teleport or relog.
