Every particle has flashing lines on its texture and on the players hand.

Any particle effect in the game and any gamemode has flashing purple, White, black, Green, Grey lines next to the particle texture and on the players hand this happens in every version after 1.13.2

This bug appears everywhere on any particle effect.

Any change to the game video settings does not fix the issue.

The lines show up on any distance  they only stop appearing after the block, potion, arrow, or portal unloaded its chunk.

I cant find anyone reporting or talking about this issue.

HOW TO RECREATE THIS BUG

Place any block or use any potion including splash potions, lingering potions tipped arrows and portal.

watch the blocks potions arrows particle or portal effect and the lines start to appear
