Resource pack music for music discs dont go silent after leaving jukebox

Custom music disc music using resource packs doesn't fade out after leaving the jukebox radius while it is playing.

The resource pack has been tested in 1.13.2 where the fade-out worked, confirming that it is a 1.14.0+ bug.

The sound files have been compressed to a ogg file with a bitrate of 64 kb/s and the pack is not bigger than 50MB (related for servers)
