[MC-153382] Game stutters when breaking grass/dirt with diamond shovel

Im clearing terrain in front of my base and when i break the grass/dirt for a brief second the game lags and i can see that in place of the block that was just broken is some particles for the grass/dirt and that block space is black. Then the dark spot disappears and the game continues as normal. With further digging, the dark spot is not showing up again but the lag when digging dirt remains.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/guides/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.

Once attached, the report will be reopened automatically.

After further playing my attempts to recreate this event have been unsuccessful. Further more i believe now that it was not the fault of the game itself rather it was a lake of memory. As a large number of programs had opened in the background. Thank you for your time.
