Do you have any more information about your client computer, and are we talking a local server or a larger server, such as Mineplex/Hypixel? Do you have a strong internet connection to the server? There are some settings that you can change to make your game run smoother, however, the Mojang team cannot always work on making the game more efficient. There are ways to make Minecraft have a higher priority on your computer (thereby making it faster), at the cost of more resources. Let me know if you need help fixing this.

To be clear, this is not a bug, this is a side effect of the game itself, your system, and Java.

A server called Minehut. And my internet connection is always full bars. I am just saying that the new loading system is poor to people with low connection.
